There are many scenarios in which the SD card does not have the required tune files, especially Ford Power Strokes (see http://support.hsunlockcodes.com/support/solutions/articles/62000198933-unrecognized-part-number-xxxxxxx-mm-error-).
However, this particular error is an indication the vehicle you are trying to tune has previously been tuned with a Spartan brand tuner. Unfortunately, this tuner overwrites the stock ECM/TCM files with custom values and can not be recognized by the H&S Brand Tuners. In order to use your Mini Maxx or XRT Pro, you must have the vehicle re-flashed back to OEM by a dealership or your mechanic shop.
